Meetings of SMC’s/ PTA’s were held to highlight the importance of cleanliness and sanitation among children, parents and teachers. Through chart model and skit they were encouraged and inspired for hygiene and sanitation in school and home. Children were educated about the importance of hygiene and sanitation in their personal life by teachers.
Inspections were done by the teachers to ensure sanitary facilities in each and every corner of school and it was done through proper proposal and planning for the continuity of such facilities. Cleaning of toilets, kitchens, classrooms, fans windows etc. were properly conducted for creating such awareness.

The students were taught about the proper method of washing hands before and after the meals.
Children were educated through a chart and they were encouraged to maintain a healthy habit of daily Hand Wash.
They were also shown the usage of hand wash and sanitizers.
Through proper channels of teacher and students association citizens of the nearly areas were educated and told the right way of hand wash through the proper illustrations. Also it was ensured that the children should spread this message of proper hand wash and maintain a good and healthy hygiene habits to stay healthy and disease free.

Programmes related to the awareness campaign were held and first students were made aware and explain the importance of clean and green India.
Focus was also on the community participation for Swachhata Abhiyan in the school, teachers were voluntarily involved in taking the initiatives for the same, in the nearly areas, by campaigning and slogan shouting.
A March pass with different slogan for the theme was conducted along with students who actively participated and created the awareness for Clean India, Green India.
They interacted with the people and person on the roads and park and explained them the importance of the same and motivated them to create a safe and hygienic atmosphere around their surroundings.
Students in guidance of the teachers checked the wastage of water and also explained the hand wash water to be channeled in gardens for their productive use.
They were taught and educated about how to maintain personal hygiene and how to use drinking water in a productive and disease free manners.
